For a parent or a student
The page says "Follow your child's school day without calling the school" for a parent, and "Your school day in one place" for a student. If you have more than one child, choose the child at the top. It shows the class, roll number and GR number.
Tabs:
- Overview: today's attendance, the Balance to pay and the next due date, the Next exam and the Latest notice.
- Attendance: the month's attendance.
- Fees: the balance, Invoices, and Payments and receipts with a link to each receipt. Pay at the school office, or online if your school has switched it on. See Pay a school fee online (for parents).
- Results: marks and result of the exams.
- Homework: the homework given to the class.
- Timetable: the class timetable.
- Notices: the notices sent to you.
- Leave: Apply for leave with the From and To dates and the Reason, then Send application. Past applications are listed with their status. The class teacher reviews it. See Apply for leave and approve leave.
- Hostel: shown only if the child lives in the hostel.
"You do not have access" on a tab means your login cannot see that part. Ask the school office.
If it says "Not linked to a student yet", your sign-in is not linked to a student. Contact the school office.
For a staff member
You see your profile and sign-in details. Your payslips, tax and attendance have their own pages. A teacher who also has a child at the school sees the child's view when the sign-in is linked.
