You can pay online only if your school has switched it on. If it has not, the app says "Pay at the school office".
Pay from the phone app
- Open the app and go to Fees.
- Press Pay Rs ... online at the top, or Pay this bill on one bill.
- Your phone opens the school's payment page. It shows the school, your child's first name and last initial, the bill and the amount.
- Choose UPI or card or net banking and finish the payment.
- Come back to the app and pull down to refresh. The receipt shows. Use Save as PDF to keep it.
Pay from a link
The school may send a pay link by message. Open it in your phone browser. No sign-in is needed. The page works in English, Marathi and Hindi. Choose the language at the top.
Part payment
If the school allows it, you can choose Pay another amount. The amount must be at least the minimum and not more than the balance.
If something looks wrong
- Payment in progress. Do not pay again. Wait a minute. The page updates by itself.
- The payment did not go through. Press Try again.
- The office is checking this payment. The money arrived but did not match the bill. Do not pay again. The school office will sort it out and you will get a receipt or a refund.
- This link is not valid. The link expired or was cancelled. Ask the school office for a new one.
Safety
SunRuby and your school never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP on WhatsApp, SMS or a call. Pay only on the page the app opens or on a link from your school.
Common questions
I paid twice.
Tell the school office with the receipt numbers. They can refund the extra payment. A refund goes back to the same UPI or card.
I paid but the bill still shows due.
Wait a few minutes and refresh. If it stays, tell the school office. They can check the payment.
