Sign in
- Open the SunRuby address of your institution.
- Type your Email or phone and your Password.
- Press Sign in. You reach the Dashboard.
If you forgot the password, press Forgot password?. If you prefer a code, press Sign in with a code instead. A code is sent to your phone or email.
Choose your language
- Open the account menu (your name at the top right).
- Choose Language.
- Pick English, मराठी or हिन्दी.
The menus change at once. The choice is remembered in this browser. Printed papers such as fee receipts keep their own language setting.
Sign out
Open the account menu and choose Sign out.
Common questions
I typed the right password but it says it does not match.
The message is the same for a wrong password and a wrong email, so nobody can guess who has an account. Check the letters and the caps lock key. After many wrong tries you must wait a few minutes.
The code does not arrive.
Ask the office to reset your sign-in. See Reset a parent's or staff member's sign-in.
How do I change the language of the app?
On the web use the account menu and choose Language. In the phone app use More, then Settings, then Language.
