How do we collect a fee?
Search by name, GR number or a parent's phone, choose what the payment is against, enter the amount and the mode, and save. For UPI, the 12-digit reference (UTR) is recorded with the payment. The receipt prints with the amount in words.

How do we follow up dues?
The dues list shows every student who owes fees, how many days each invoice is overdue and the guardian to call. Late fees and concessions are calculated for you, and concessions go through approval.
What does management see?
Collections by day, by payment mode and by fee head, with refunds and bounced cheques counted on the day they happened. Cheques to clear and concessions to approve show up in the work queue.
What do parents see?
On the Android app, parents see fees due line by line and every receipt, which they can share.
Getting started
We set up your fee heads, structures, instalments and concessions, import outstanding balances from Excel, and train the accounts team. Receipts follow your institution's details.

Can parents pay online?
Online payment through a payment gateway depends on your setup and is part of integrations we scope with you. Today the office records UPI and other payments with their references.
Do you support instalments and late fees?
Yes. Fee structures can have instalments, late fees and concessions.
Can we reprint a receipt?
Yes. Every receipt is kept and can be reprinted from the receipts list.
What happens when a cheque bounces?
The reversal is recorded on the day it happens, and the day's collected figure does not change later.
Is this useful without the rest of the ERP?
Yes. Many institutions start with fees and add attendance and the parent app later.
