What does SunRuby do for a junior college?
Junior colleges run on streams, divisions and two busy years before board exams. SunRuby keeps science, commerce and arts streams with their divisions, tracks attendance and results by division, and handles fees with instalments, concessions and dues. Outstation students can be managed in the hostel module.

What is not built yet for colleges?
Semester and credit systems, university affiliation workflows and AISHE reporting are on our roadmap. We say this plainly so you can decide with the full picture. If these are essential for you, tell us in the demo; early colleges help us shape them.
Does it help with staff salaries?
Yes. The payroll module runs monthly pay from attendance and pay profiles, with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS, a second-person approval, payslips and a bank file.

Can we use SunRuby for both our junior college and degree college?
Yes. A trust can run several institutions on one setup, each with its own records, and see them side by side.
Does it handle fee instalments?
Yes. Fee structures can have instalments, late fees and concessions, and the dues list shows how many days each instalment is overdue.
Do you support semester-based exams?
Not yet. Semester and credit workflows are on our roadmap. Today exams and results work for term-based classes.
Can students and parents see their records on a phone?
Yes. The Android app shows attendance, fees and receipts, results and notices, in English or Marathi.
