Trade-specific and examination workflows for NCVT and SCVT are not built as dedicated features yet. We are open about that. If they matter to you, tell us your requirements; this is how our roadmap is shaped.

The principal sees attendance and dues at a glance, the office keeps trainee records, the accountant collects fees and prints receipts, and instructors mark attendance from a phone or computer.

Is SunRuby only for schools?
No. The core modules work for ITIs, colleges, training centres, hostels and businesses. Where a specialised feature is not built yet, we say so.
Can instructors mark attendance on a phone?
Yes. Attendance can be marked on a phone or a computer: mark the whole batch present, then change only the absentees.
Do you handle hostel for trainees?
Yes. The hostel module covers rooms and beds, gate passes with parent approval and QR, roll call, mess and fees.
Can we start with fees only?
Yes. Many institutes start with fees and add attendance and payroll later. Your data carries over.
Can trainees' parents see attendance?
Yes. Parents see attendance, fees and receipts and notices on the Android app, in English or Marathi.
