The staff list

Open Staff > All staff. The line at the top says how many staff members match. Open a profile for their attendance and leave.

  1. Search by name, employee code or phone.
  2. Filter by Department, Designation, Status or Employment.
  3. The table shows the name, designation, department, subjects taught, employment type, phone, joining date and status. Click a row to open the profile.
  4. Download the list as a CSV file if you need it.

To give a staff member a sign-in, see Give a staff member a sign-in and a role.

Daily staff attendance

Open Staff > Staff attendance. It is a grid of cards, one for each active staff member. The title shows the day.

  1. Choose the date. Use the arrows for the previous or next day, or Today. You cannot mark a future day.
  2. Tap a card to cycle its status, or type a key: P present, A absent, H half day, V leave, O on duty. The space bar also cycles. Use the arrow keys to move.
  3. Press Mark rest present to mark every card you have not touched as present.
  4. The counts at the top show present, absent, half day, leave, on duty and unmarked.
  5. Press Save. The button shows how many changes are waiting. A message shows how many staff and the date. Press Discard to undo unsaved changes.

If your institution uses biometric devices, the punches fill this in. See Biometric devices and shifts for staff. To fix a missed punch see Ask for or approve a correction of your punches.
