The Books menu appears when your legal entity keeps its books in SunRuby at the Standard finance level. See Switch the books on.
- Vouchers: enter, submit, approve and reverse. Debits must equal credits.
- Reports: trial balance, income and expenditure, balance sheet, receipts and payments, ledger, day book.
- Chart of accounts: the heads. The chart is for your CA to review.
