School corridors and classrooms often have no signal. The app saves your work on the phone and sends it later.
Attendance with no internet
- Open the app. On Today choose the class and the daily or period sheet.
- Mark students as usual. Press Save.
- With no internet the app says No internet. Saved on this phone: it will be sent when you are online. The sheet is kept.
- It is sent at the next start, when the app comes back to the front, every minute while it is open, or when you press Send now on the teacher home.
- The home shows a banner for sheets waiting to be sent.
Open the same class on the web the same day to see it arrive.
If the day is locked or someone else already saved
- If the office locked the day or it is a holiday, the app tells you in words and does not keep retrying.
- If someone else saved a row after you took your sheet, the server keeps theirs and the app lists those rows ("kept"). Check them.
- Sending the same sheet twice saves once.
Marks with no internet
- Open More > Marks to enter (or the card on Today). It lists the papers of an exam that is in marks entry.
- Type the marks. A mark above the maximum says "Cannot be more than 80". Fix it and save.
- With no internet it says No internet. Marks saved on this phone. A banner on Today says "Marks of 1 paper are saved on this phone".
- When you are online they are sent.
If the principal entered a mark for a student meanwhile, the server keeps theirs and tells you "N marks were entered later by someone else... Their marks were kept". If the exam was locked before you sent, the school keeps its own marks.
Your day and substitution duty
- More > My timetable. My day shows today's periods with rooms. My week shows Monday to Saturday, with Saturday's own times.
- If the office gives you a cover period, the app shows Waiting for your confirmation. Press Confirm. If the office cancelled it you see "The office cancelled this duty".
- If a period was given to someone else you see "Taken by someone else today".
- A banner tells you when a new timetable version starts within 14 days.

Teachers see only the classes they teach or lead.
