Open Students > ID cards.
Steps
- Choose a Standard. You may also choose a Division to print one division only. In an ITI the words are programme and batch.
- The cards appear as a preview. Each card has the school name, the student's name, class and roll number, date of birth, blood group if known and the parent's phone. A student without a photo gets their initials. The back says "If found, return to" the school and its phone number.
- Pick the language of the print with the print language picker if you want it different from the default.
- Press Print. Wait until the fonts have loaded. Eight cards fit on an A4 page. Cut them out.
At most 300 cards are shown at a time. For a large standard, print one division at a time.
Photos
A card shows the photo saved in the student's record. Add photos on the record or in the import. See Admit a new student.
