Help searches
Help searches shows what people searched for in the Help Center. Use it to decide what to write next.
- Translations waiting for a native speaker: the number of Marathi and Hindi guides still to be checked.
- Searches that found nothing: write or improve a guide for these.
- Searches nobody opened a result for: results were shown but few people opened them. The guide may be unclear or have the wrong title.
- Most searched: the top searches.
- Most read guides and Guides marked not helpful: views and thumbs for each guide and language.
- Guides to check again: guides not checked for a long time.
Questions we could not answer
This page lists what people asked the help assistant that the guides do not cover, and the answers marked not helpful. It has tabs. Each line has the question text, the language, how often it came up and the nearest guides. Write these guides next, then mark the line resolved. If the same question is asked again, it opens again.
Common questions
Who decides the wording of a guide?
Guides live in the help folder of the SunRuby backend. A change goes through the help check before it is published.
