Publish
- Open Exams > All exams.
- On the exam, press Publish results.
- Read the box: results and ranks are worked out from the marks entered so far, and students and parents can see them at once. Confirm.
After publishing the marks sheet is read only. Press Reopen marks entry if a mark must change.
Check the results
Open Exams > Results. Choose the exam and the standard. The tabs are Results and Analytics. An absent student is shown as Absent, not as 0. Press Recompute after a change.
Print a report card
- Open Exams > Report cards.
- Search the student by name or GR number.
- Open the card and press Print report card.
The printed card has a QR code. Anyone can scan it and see "Genuine and valid".
Lock
When everything is final, press Lock on the exam. Marks cannot be changed after that.
Grading
Grade bands live under Exams > Grading. Bands must not overlap. Choose the default scheme with Make default.
Common questions
Parents cannot see the result.
Parents see only Published or Locked exams, and only their own child.
