Open Payroll > Bonus. The table lists bonus runs: financial year, kind, rate, the month it is paid with, number eligible, total bonus and status. Click the arrow on a row to open it.
A page note explains the statutory bonus: it follows the BONUS rule in Payroll settings and statutory rules, with an eligibility limit, a wage ceiling for the calculation and a rate of 8.33% to 20%. The Payment of Bonus Act excluded educational institutions, so check with your adviser before paying a statutory bonus. An ex gratia bonus does not follow the rule.
