SunRuby has no link with UDISE+. This page tells you what is missing in your records for the UDISE+ data capture form (DCF) of the year it names, so you can fix it before you enter the data yourself on the UDISE+ portal.
Open Students > UDISE+ readiness.
What you see
- School details. The school's own fields such as the UDISE code, each marked Ready or missing.
- Students. A table with a Complete bar for each field group and counts of Missing and Invalid.
- Teachers. The same for teaching and head staff.
- Fields SunRuby does not keep. A list of UDISE+ teacher fields that you must collect elsewhere.
Fix the gaps
- Press a Missing or Invalid count. A side sheet lists the students.
- Press Download the list for a CSV, or open each student to fix.
- An invalid PEN shows the value and "A PEN has 11 digits."
- Fix, then come back. The numbers update.
The government export
Students > Government exports makes the UDISE+ CSV. It follows the DCF order and codes (gender 1, 2 or 3, category, minority, impairment, stream, RTE). The first columns are PEN, APAAR ID, Class, Section, Roll No and Name. Identity columns appear only for people who may see identity details.
Saral and NCVT exports are there too when the state or institution profile uses them.
Common questions
The page says the DCF year is 2025-26. Is that right for my submission?
The year follows the code lists SunRuby shipped. Check the UDISE+ portal for the current form and tell your SunRuby contact if it has moved on.
Where do I get APAAR IDs?
See APAAR IDs.
